A delegation from Israel visited SWADE projects on a knowledge management tour. The delegation led by the Ambasodor of Mashav's Special Envoy for Water and Food Security, Noah Gal Gendler visited LUSIP I and LUSIP II Extension Communities. They were able to see piggery, banana and sugar cane businesses. They also saw how the resettlement project was done including potable water and sanitation. Meeting the Inner Council, CDC and farmer groups was key getting to know the SWADE Development model. They were able to learn and also share experiences on how they do farming with little water in Israel. The delegation leader said Israel w>as opened for training programmes that they would offer to community members and SWADE.
